Taste the Rainbow...

First off, I am a fan of skittles; not as much as m&ms... but a strawberry one can definitely brighten my day.

Actually, pretty much any strawberry, cherry, or chocolate candy is a winner in my book.

On a side note, did you know that strawberries are classified as vegetables?


This week, my biology class was all about the trees ... well, and other plants, too. Mostly trees though.

Maybe it's the pathetic looking skittle-tree-boy, or maybe it's the unsympathetic, greedy mother; I don't know, but for some reason, I find this Skittles commercial just plain hilarious. 

After reliving the commercial in my mind, I thought it was relevant to our class discussion. 

Obviously, I had to bring it up.

Anyway, I was trying my best to describe this commercial in Biology class. 
I couldn't contain myself (no, really?). 

I am a horrible story teller -- just cracking-up the entire time. It was pathetic. 

However, I quickly realized that nobody (except for one kid) had seen the commercial. 

Since nobody else had seen it, they just didn't understand... and therefore, I looked kinda nutsy (not the first time). 

It's what you might call a "had to be there" moment. Oh, gosh.
