Last night on my way to dance class, I turned on the radio (FLR) and cranked up the volume.
As I was jamming down the road (and by "jamming" I literally mean singing at the top of my lungs, bobbing my head around, and hitting the steering wheel in time with the beat), it never occurred to me that somebody might see me. Much less, somebody I know. I was just having a grand old time singing my heart out to Jesus. Check out this post - it's sort of ironic.
I'm sure I looked insane — it was a Christian oldie and I was especially thrilled.
Via my peripheral vision, I saw a car go by.
And I looked over just in time to catch one of my friends looking at me.
Of course this information didn't register quickly enough and as I looked, I just kept bobbing my head and singing. (I'm not sure exactly what they saw... maybe I don't want to know.)
Then, realizing what I looked like, seized the steering wheel and said, "Shoot! Shoot! Shoot! Shoot! Shoot!!"
That's right. Five.
Fabulous.
This was clearly not an opportune moment to spy me out on the road.
After that, I didn't sing anymore.
Side note: If you saw me last night, you know who you are. If you didn't... well, never mind.

Thanks, Andrea - you're so sweet! =]
It was us! We all thought you were a total fruitcake for singing along to the radio.
NOT. Haha, do you know how many people do that? I DO. Whoever it was could have probably cared less. If anything, they'd think you were awesome (in agreement with Andrea's comment. :)).
Comical post. :D
Well, you *really* didn't see me, Jacob... but thanks for that comical comment. =]
