I'm really not a fan of halloween. I love to play dress-up and pretend to be someone who I'm not, but the whole trick-or-treating thing isn't exactly cool for me. Why do we go around in costumes and beg for candy from strangers? Anyway, I just think its just kind of embarrassing.
I'm assuming you've heard the old saying, "if you can't beat 'em, join 'em." Well, I love my friends. When they asked me if I wanted to trick-or-treat with them, I couldn't pass it up. Hey, I'll take any chance I can get to hang out with these great girls.
Getting gorged on mini candy bars, laughing, and caroling (we got a few confused looks) as we went from house to house are just a few ways we had a blast together.
Trick-or-treating itself wasn't the best part of the night for me (don't get me wrong, I love candy just as much as the next person)... but, it was my wonderful friends that made October 31, 2009 such a great time.
Thanks guys - I love you all so much.
Tiffany was a 40's girl, Katherine was a 50's girl, Stephanie was a girl who just woke up, Annalisa was a volleyball player, Gracie was a cat, and I was a race-car driver.

such fun. i look *so* bad in that picture tho. im now thinking we shouldnt have done the effective eye makeup that made ppl double take like "is she really like that or is that part of the costume?" lol :)
It was a ton of fun!
Oh man, I truly laughed out loud when I read your comment.
You were very true to character - the eye make-up was scary good. hahahaha.
It was amazing... but I'm sorry you didn't have too great of a time with that particular costume. ;]
